Candle Safety & Product Care

Your safety is important to us. Please follow these guidelines when using our candles to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

General Safety

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children and pets.

  • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep candles away from drafts, curtains, paper, and other flammable materials.

Burning Instructions

  • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use.

  • Allow the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the container to prevent tunnelling.

  • Do not burn the candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

  • Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Safe Placement

  • Always keep candles at least 10cm apart when burning multiple candles.

  • Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.

Extinguishing the Candle

  • Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame.

  • Ensure the wick is centred and upright after extinguishing.

Container Warning

  • Candle containers may become hot during use. Allow the candle to cool completely before touching or moving it.
