Your safety is important to us. Please follow these guidelines when using our candles to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

General Safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep candles away from children and pets.

• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Keep candles away from drafts, curtains, paper, and other flammable materials.

Burning Instructions

• Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use.

• Allow the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the container to prevent tunnelling.

• Do not burn the candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

• Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Safe Placement

• Always keep candles at least 10cm apart when burning multiple candles.

• Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.

Extinguishing the Candle

• Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame.

• Ensure the wick is centred and upright after extinguishing.

Container Warning

• Candle containers may become hot during use. Allow the candle to cool completely before touching or moving it.

By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow these safety instructions. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of the product.

Due to the consumable nature of our handmade candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of the customer, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
